Dr Lim Siew Li (PhD) | Founder
Ms Lim Siew Li is the visionary Founder of LSL Education Group. Her journey is defined by a deep-seated passion for nurturing young minds and a commitment to educational excellence. Specialising in TESOL and Education Management, Ms Lim brings a wealth of expertise across various curricula, including UEC, KSSM, and the Cambridge syllabus, ensuring that every student at LSL receives a robust and globally relevant education.
Beyond her leadership at LSL, Ms Lim is a respected mentor within the wider teaching community. As a part-time trainer for the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL) at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur, she actively shapes the next generation of educators.
Ms Lim’s impact on the Malaysian educational landscape was formally recognised with her nomination for the esteemed ‘Malaysia Influential Educators’ award in 2023. This accolade reflects her empathetic approach to leadership and her unwavering drive to empower students and teachers alike. Under her guidance, LSL Education Group remains a place where discipline and compassion go hand in hand, helping every child find their unique path to success.
Cheryl Lim | Co-Founder

With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and over 20 years of demonstrated leadership as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the corporate sector, Cheryl Lim brings a wealth of expertise to LSL Education Group. A specialist in business growth and strategic partnerships, she is currently spearheading our group’s outreach and market presence. Cheryl is deeply passionate about education, ensuring that our mission is effectively communicated to families seeking a future-ready experience. Her professional rigour and dedication play a vital role in connecting parents and students with the most impactful learning opportunities available at LSL.
Wong Yoke Mei | Co-Founder
Finance & Operations
A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), Ms Wong Yoke Mei brings over 25 years of high-level expertise to LSL Education Group. Having served as a Regional Director of Finance and Operations and an Owner Representative for world-leading international hospitality chains, she possesses a deep understanding of global standards. As the founder of G Seeders Business Consultancy, she is a specialist in strengthening internal controls and corporate incentives. At LSL, she leverages this extensive professional background to ensure our institution is built on a foundation of integrity, excellence, and sustainable growth.

With over 35 years of dedicated experience across primary, secondary, and tertiary education, Dr Ding Eng Na (PhD) brings a wealth of expertise and a heart for student success to LEAD International School.
As a specialist in TESL and international curricula such as the IPC and IEYC, Dr Ding is deeply committed to empowering our students through language mastery and academic excellence. Dr Chew Yen Sing (PhD)
Dr Chew Yen Sing brings a dynamic fusion of high-level industry leadership and a passion for innovation to LEAD International School, ensuring our students are at the forefront of STEAM education.
With a PhD from the University of Manchester and extensive experience as a Principal Consultant, Dr Chew specialises in bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world application through initiatives like Makeathons and Design Thinking workshops. By empowering both students and teachers with the tools for creative problem-solving and technical excellence, Dr Chew fosters a forward-thinking environment where every learner is encouraged to become a confident, future-ready innovator.
Assoc Prof. Dato’ H’ng Paik San (PhD)
Assoc. Prof. Dato’ H’ng Paik San brings a distinguished record of scientific leadership and global expertise to LEAD International School, bridging the gap between advanced research and classroom inspiration.
As an international authority on sustainability and ISO standards, he has dedicated his career to pioneering carbon-neutral technologies and mentoring next-generation researchers. By fostering a culture of curiosity and environmental stewardship, Dato’ H’ng empowers our students to tackle real-world challenges with the academic rigour and innovative mindset needed for a sustainable future.
