Dr Lim Siew Li (PhD) | Founder
Ms Lim Siew Li serves as the visionary Founder of LSL Education Group. Her journey stems from a deep-seated passion for nurturing young minds and a commitment to excellence. Specifically, she specialises in TESOL and Education Management. Dr Lim brings extensive expertise across various curricula, including UEC, KSSM, and the Cambridge syllabus. Consequently, she ensures that every student at LSL receives a robust and globally relevant education.
Beyond her leadership at LSL, Dr Lim acts as a respected mentor within the wider teaching community. For instance, she trains educators for the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL) at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur. Her impact on the Malaysian educational landscape earned her a nomination for the ‘Malaysia Influential Educators’ award in 2023. This accolade reflects her empathetic leadership and her drive to empower both students and teachers. Under her guidance, LSL Education Group remains a place where discipline and compassion go hand in hand.
Cheryl Lim | Co-Founder
Sales & Marketing
Cheryl Lim brings a wealth of expertise to LSL Education Group through her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality. Moreover, she possesses over 20 years of demonstrated leadership as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the corporate sector. As a specialist in business growth and strategic partnerships, she currently spearheads our group’s outreach and market presence. Cheryl feels deeply passionate about education. Thus, she ensures that our mission reaches families seeking a future-ready experience. Her professional rigour plays a vital role in connecting parents with the most impactful learning opportunities.
Wong Yoke Mei | Co-Founder
Finance & Operations
Ms Wong Yoke Mei serves as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK). She brings over 25 years of high-level expertise to LSL Education Group. Previously, she worked as a Regional Director of Finance and Operations for world-leading international hospitality chains. Because of this background, she possesses a deep understanding of global standards. She also founded G Seeders Business Consultancy to strengthen internal controls. At LSL, she leverages this extensive experience to build our institution on a foundation of integrity and sustainable growth.

Dr Ding Eng Na (PhD)

Dr Ding Eng Na brings over 35 years of dedicated experience across all levels of education. She offers a wealth of expertise and a heart for student success to LEAD International School. As a specialist in TESL and international curricula like the IPC and IEYC, Dr Ding empowers our students through language mastery. Additionally, her background in staff development ensures that our educational standards remain world-class. She provides a nurturing environment where every child receives the support to thrive.
Dr Chew Yen Sing (PhD)
Dr Chew Yen Sing brings a dynamic fusion of industry leadership and a passion for innovation to our school. Consequently, our students stay at the forefront of STEAM education. Dr Chew holds a PhD from the University of Manchester and has worked extensively as a Principal Consultant. He specialises in bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world application. For example, he introduces initiatives like Makeathons and Design Thinking workshops. By providing tools for creative problem-solving, Dr Chew fosters a forward-thinking environment for every learner.
Assoc Prof. Dato’ H’ng Paik San (PhD)
Assoc. Prof. Dato’ H’ng Paik San brings a distinguished record of scientific leadership to LEAD International School. He successfully bridges the gap between advanced research and classroom inspiration. As an international authority on sustainability, he dedicates his career to pioneering carbon-neutral technologies. Moreover, he mentors the next generation of researchers with great care. By fostering a culture of curiosity, Dato’ H’ng empowers our students to tackle real-world challenges. He provides the academic rigour and innovative mindset needed for a sustainable future.
