Welcome to LSL Education Group: Where Potential Meets Purpose
LSL Education Group is the home of Lead International School. We operate as a dedicated, one-stop learning hub based in Puchong, Selangor. At LSL, every student is nurtured with expertise and a deep sense of purpose. We believe that education should be, and is, a beautiful collaboration between the student, the family, and the school community. Founded by educators who are also parents, and our group is built on the firm belief that every student possesses limitless potential to be confident, compassionate, and a global leader.
Why Lead International School is the Preferred School for Compassionate Learning
Selecting the right school is vital in shaping the future of your child. Lead International School stands out because we celebrate the family-school partnership. We recognise that every child has a unique rhythm, and our role is to help them harmonise their talents with their goals.
As parents, we all want the best for our children. At Lead International School, we provide our best in order to grow our students into learners who will lead with empathy and compassion, preparing them to be true global leaders. Through the exposure of community projects to our students via the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as the Duke of Edinburgh International Award, we can ensure that all our students receive the best education.
While other schools may focus heavily on having the best physical facilities, Lead International School is proud to be the best in social impact. We have been awarded the Best Social Impact School 2026 by the World School Summit. This recognition reflects our standing as the best international school in Puchong, and the best international school in Bukit Jalil, when it comes to ensuring our students also continue to impact communities once they graduate.
Our school offers a seamless academic pathway, beginning with a supportive Pre-Primary foundation and progressing through the globally respected Cambridge curriculum at both Primary and Secondary levels. We impart life skills such as grit and integrity, ensuring that our students are fully equipped to lead with resilience in a modern world.
A School with Empathy
True learning happens in an environment where every student feels safe, heard, and valued. Our educators go beyond delivering a curriculum by seeking to understand the unique emotional and academic aspirations of every student. By fostering a culture of kindness and mutual respect, we help students develop the emotional intelligence needed to navigate life with grace. We treat every student with the same compassion we hold for our own families, ensuring that their well-being remains our highest priority.
The Educator-Parent Partnership
Successful educational journeys are built on a foundation of trust and collaboration between the school and the family. Parents are the most important partners in the development of a child. This partnership is defined by open communication and a shared commitment to your child’s success. We invite parents to be active participants in our community, ensuring that the values taught in the classroom are reinforced and celebrated at home. By working together, we create a consistent and supportive environment that allows every student to feel secure and encouraged as they reach for their goals.
Vision
To lead the drive for impactful education by ensuring every student has the opportunity to Learn through deep, authentic engagement, Share in a supportive culture of empathy, and Lead with the resilience and growth mindset required for the 21st century.

Testimonials : Stories From Our LSL Community
My son has been part of the school since its very first day in 2022, and it has been truly meaningful to witness how the school has grown alongside the students. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the close and consistent communication between the school team and parents. This strong partnership gives me confidence and reassurance that my child is always well-supported. The small class size is another key strength. It allows every student to actively participate and receive personal attention from the teachers, which has made a significant difference in my son’s learning journey. I have seen him become more confident, engaged, and willing to express himself. Beyond academics, the school offers well-rounded experiences such as field trips, community service, and memorable year-end events. These activities have enriched my son’s development and created many meaningful moments for our family. We are truly grateful to be part of this nurturing and dedicated school community.
Supportive School Community Madam Ho Pei YeeMy sons started their journey with LSL as the first batch of students in 2022, one started as Year 9 and the other Year 4. Under the Personalised IGCSE Programme (PIP), my elder son was able to prepare effectively as the programme helped by addressing his individual needs and fostering a strong mindset. Ms.Lim Siew Li gave us a strong sense of trust and confidence due to her strong leadership in shaping the direction of the school to be an effective, welcoming and supportive learning environment. Her presence assures me that both my sons are in good hands. A strength in the school’s approach on education would be their transparent academic system and frequent communication. In addition, the school encourages open communication, allowing parents to meet with the principal and teachers whenever concerns arise, ensuring that any issues can be discussed and resolved promptly and effectively. I am especially impressed by the dedication of the teachers as they provide timely intervention classes or zoom sessions to support students who need extra help, ensuring that no one is left behind. They are helped with pre-competition training to extend learning beyond the classroom. The school also provides students with two excellent initiatives that aid with subject selection for upper secondary and preparation for their tertiary education journey. I specifically appreciate the motive to split general science into three different subjects in Year 8; Bio, Chem and Physics which gives insights for students on whether Business or Science Stream. Tertiary education initiatives include university tours, personalised counselling and guidance, as well as assistance with university applications. I would also like to express my special thanks to Ms. Esther for her dedicated support and advice throughout this process.
Personalised Support, Transparent Communication, & Frequent Communications JessI am truly thankful for the positive and wonderful experience our family has had with Lead International School (“LSL”). To date, I have seen him grow in many ways, academically, and in his confidence, curiosity and overall character. What I appreciate most is the genuine care and dedication shown by the teachers. They create a nurturing environment and I especially value how they instill discipline among the students in a thoughtful, patient and understanding manner. It has helped shape Farrell into a more responsible and respectful individual. The balance between strong academic foundations and holistic development has allowed Farrell to enjoy learning while building important life skills. I also value how the school keeps parents involved and informed, which gives me great peace of mind. It is reassuring to know that Farrell is learning and growing in a supportive environment. LSL truly feels like a second home for him and I am excited to see his continued journey ahead.
Balance Between Strong Academic Foundations & Holistic Development Ms Fatehah bt Ismail
We’ve had a truly positive experience with LSL. From the very beginning, the small class sizes (fewer than 20 students per class) stood out, allowing teachers to give each child the attention they deserve. The teachers are experienced, caring, and genuinely attentive — they know the children personally. Every teacher we meet remembers my daughter’s name, which speaks volumes about the school’s warm culture and environment. Morning drop-offs are always pleasant, with teachers greeting the children with a smile. This simple gesture sets a positive tone for the entire day. I also appreciate the monthly parent-teacher meetings, which provide clear updates on her progress. These sessions help us stay involved and understand her development both academically and personally. What I value most is the school’s approach: encouragement over punishment. Since joining LSL, my daughter has shown clear improvement, and most importantly, she is happy and enjoys learning. Overall, we are very satisfied and grateful for the nurturing environment the school provides.
